Jurutera Perunding Technique was formed in 1996. Jurutera Perunding Technique (JPT) is a consulting firm that undertakes all mechanical and electrical services related to building, infrastructure works and any specialized installations or institutions such as hospital, schools, colleges and universities, television stations, shopping centers, hotels and resorts etc. One of the principal was involved in the consultancy services since 1991. The long involvements of the principals, and also in the various types of buildings, have put us in a strong position, that we can offer our prospective clients the best services "hands-on".It was fifteen years ago that we had involved in hospital design. Since hospitals are normally considered as among the most challenging when it come to mechanical and electrical services, we are very confident that the experience that we have acquired, shall be an added advantage to our prospective clients. As such, it is our aspiration to be a renowed consulting firm in mechanical and electrical services, with the intention to emphasize more on "intelligent building", i.e. whereby the aim is to minimize the cost of operation. Energy consciousness is a must nowadays. Safe, clean, quiet and healthy indoor environment must be given close scrutiny. With the completed buildings as references, we are very confident that where energy is concerned, our design shall achieve the best result.
