Jurucita Consunltant (Perunding Jurucita) was originally formed in early 1986 in BUTTERWORTH, Penang major in the provision of geotechnical, civil & structural, sanitary & plumbing engineering consultancy services. It also undertakes project management services together with its associate professional firms.
The Jurucita Consultant provides a comprehensive portfolio of structural engineering and associated services. In response to the changing needs of a unique client base, these services are continually developed and expanded.

1 Foundation and sub-structure design, super-structure design, including preparation of design calculations and drawings for both steel and reinforced concrete structure for submission and construction. 2 Preparation of hydraulic and hydrological calculations, design of retention system to MSMA requirements. Design and preparation of road & drainage plans to the requirements to the relevant local authorities. 3 Preparation of sewer reticulation and sanitary installation plans, design of sewage treatment plant for both aerobic and anaerobic system. 4 Preparation of water supply, water reticulation and plumbing plans. Design of water reservoir and elevaled water storade tank. 5 Design and preparation of plans for industrial building, i.e. factory, warehouse, godown, light industry scheme and workshop. 6 Design and preparation of earthwork plan, erosion sediment control plan [ESCP] for hill slope development, and for normal cut & fill area. Preparation of Geotechnical report, provision of geotechnical supervision and geotechnical checker. 7 Provision of periodic as well as full time site supervision. 8 Preparation of tender documentation and management of project contract. 9 Turnkey Projects and total project management services.
