The Malaysian Chinese Peddler Fund (YPPKM) was established to implement the measures set for hawkers and small businesses. This fund will carry out various activities to benefit small hawkers and small businessmen. However, the most important purpose of its establishment is to deal with the micro-credit announced by the Prime Minister in the 2015 Budget. This micro-loan is specially provided by the government for Chinese hawkers and small businessmen. The management of the fund will assist the government in lending loans to those Chinese hawkers in need.
