Yiva Electric, formerly registered under the name Yiva Electric Trading was established on 1 April 1994 by Mr. Adam So who today remained the Managing Director of the company. Adam began the business by trading electrical products sourced from a local wholesaler, but quickly realized its market potential and changed the business model from trading, to Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) in 2000, under the brand name YETPlus.
