To comply with Occupational Safety & Health Act and DOE and its laws & regulations
Provide support for safety committee and work as liaison with Health, Safety & Environment related contractors.
Follow up on safety issues brought up from site activities.
To prepare/ review Safety, Health Environment SOP, S&H Project Plan, Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control, and monitor the implementation and enforcement of safety and environmental issues on site.
Maintain a systematic filing system for quick reference and retrieval of important documentation during inspection by internal/external auditor.
Assist in preparing and delivering HSE training.
Prepare and submit Safety, Health & Environment Monthly Reports.
In-house training/induction/briefing to employee/ visitor & Safety briefing/tool-box meeting for contractor.
Adhere to all company regulations punctuality, attire and discipline
Coordinate with the client representative and Site In-charge for inspection
Liaise the Technical Engineer for submission of material submitter to client.
Providing administrative, strategic planning and operational support, research and advice to senior management on matters such as the management of building facilities and administrative services;
Developing and managing the organization’s administrative and physical resources;
Developing and implementing administrative and procedural statements and guidelines for use by staff in the organization;
Analysing complex resource management issues and initiatives that affect the organization, and preparing associated reports, correspondence and submissions;
Providing information and support for the preparation of financial reports and budgets;
Leading, managing and developing administrative staff to ensure smooth business operations and the provision of accurate and timely information;
Representing the enterprise or organization in negotiations, and at conventions, seminars, public hearings and forums;
Establishing and managing budgets, controlling expenditure and ensuring the efficient use of resources;
Planning and directing daily operations;
Overseeing the selection, training and performance of staff.
