Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably within hospitality technology, SaaS, PMS systems, or hardware/software solutions.
Language: Fluency in English is required; command of the Mandarin language is highly preferred to effectively manage relationships and collaborate with regional stakeholders and specific client portfolios.
Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to articulate complex tech solutions to C-suite/Hotel Owners.
