Education & Experience: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent. Minimum 2–4 years of working experience in handling both commercial (F&B/Retail/Education) and residential interior design projects.Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in industry-standard tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of building materials, construction details, carpentry work, and M&E services. Able to produce highly accurate, construction-ready technical drawings independently.Mindset: A visionary and creative thinker who takes pride in design details and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.Communication Skills: Excellent presentation skills to pitching design concepts confidently to clients. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required (the ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage for contractor and vendor coordination).Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio showcasing both your creative 3D renderings and examples of your actual technical detailed drawings is mandatory for application.
