The role includes managing spa treatments, wellness promotion, retail sales, budgeting, staffing, and compliance with health and safety regulations. The Spa Manager is also accountable for achieving the spa's key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue and profit targets, guest satisfaction scores, product sales, treatment room utilization, staff productivity, and operational excellence, while continuously driving business growth and maintaining the hotel's luxury brand standards.
