The Spa Manager is responsible for the daily operation of the hotel's luxury spa, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, service excellence, profitability, and employee performance. The role includes managing spa treatments, wellness promotion, retail sales, budgeting, staffing, and compliance with health and safety regulations. The Spa Manager is also accountable for achieving the spa's key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue and profit targets, guest satisfaction scores, product sales, treatment room utilization, staff productivity, and operational excellence, while continuously driving business growth and maintaining the hotel's luxury brand standards.

• Oversee the daily operations of the spa, salon, and wellness facilities.

• Monitor treatment quality and guest satisfaction.

• Ensure all guest interactions reflect luxury hospitality standards.

• Train, coach, and supervise spa therapists and receptionists.

• Develop staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.

• Increase retail sales and treatment revenue through promotions and upselling.

• Increase memberships, loyalty, and repeat business.

• Manage stock levels of spa products and retail items.

• Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and luxury hospitality

• Professional spa or wellness certifications are an advantage.

• At least 3-5 years in a managerial role within a luxury hotel or resort spa.
