Customer Service & Order Handling: take and serve orders with care and clarity; serve food and drinks with attention to presentation; engage with guests, answer menu questions and recommend items; escalate issues to supervisor when needed.
Cleanliness, Compliance & Cafe Readiness: maintain cleanliness of tables, floors, counters, toilets and service areas; perform routine cleaning and hygiene according to SOP; ensure condiments, cutlery, takeaway packaging, trays and displays are stocked; monitor café ambient (cleanliness, lighting, temperature, scent and music).
