Proven experience in digital marketing or similar.

Marketing/digital marketing/advertising/media/mass communication or equivalent.

Able to handle customers through email and also live chat

Able to type and write in multilanguage (Such as English and Mandarin preferred)

Good communication skills and have a fast typing speed

Need to follow up with customer from time to time to achieve overall satisfactory

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

Solve problems encountered daily by communicating with customers

Strong communication and coordination skills, able to handle the urgent cases
