- Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily production of precast concrete components, ensuring production schedules, quality standards, work instructions and safety procedures are strictly followed. The role involves coordinating with QAQC, Contract, Procurement, Mould teams and subcontractors, monitoring production progress, material usage and wastage, conducting pre-pour and mould inspections, resolving production defects and supporting the Production team to achieve timely and efficient delivery of precast components.
