Marketing managers carry out the implementation of efforts related to the marketing operations in a company. They develop marketing strategies and plans by detailing cost and resources needed. They analyse the profitability of these plans, develop pricing strategies, and strive to raise awareness on products and companies among targeted customers.
Handle full set of account & ensure timely preparation/review of monthly management accounts, financial statements, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue & expenditure variance analysis & etc.
Responsible to complete daily, monthly and yearly accounting activities on a timely & accurate matter to smoothen the month end & year end closing process.
Handle daily accounting functions, preparation of payment, bank reconciliation and cash flow management.
Maintain records and receipts for all transaction. To develop and maintain good professional relationship with auditors, tax agent, bankers and related business associates.
Monitor & review internal controls and ensure compliance with the Company's SOP particularly in cash, stocks, debtors and daily collection process.
Handle and perform any other tasks (including general office administration) as requested by immediate supervisor.
Review, analyze and prepare financial statements, invoice, budgets, financial reports, and business plans in order to check for irregularities resulting from error or fraud.
Maintain accurate and timely accounting records according to the accounting standard, taxation and SST requirement and ensure compliance.
Audit financial data, resolve insolvency cases, prepare tax returns and provide other tax-related advice in reference to current legislation.
Maintain and Manage the audit progress, business target
Lead and provide guidance to an audit team
Support Audit Partner on Audit work status, quality of work, progress and able to assist in deal with critical issue arise with the monitoring by Audit Partner
Contribute actively to all activities of the audit department.
Able to complete the task assigned on time.
Any other assignments and task from the superior which deem to be appropriate and relevant.

Candidates will be trained in headquarter as a management trainee. After the physical training been conducted, a certain period of work and learning in the stores enable the candidates to familiar with the store operation and business skills.
Upon completion of the practical Internship Programme, the successful candidates will work as deputy managers in the store, and can also be nominated as store managers based on outstanding performance, both are responsible for the store and sales management.
Store managers that performed well will be promoted to professional store managers which responsible for setting up new stores, training store staff and management positions. After the smooth functioning of the day-to-day operations of the store, they will hand over the new opened store to the store manager and continue to set up the next new stores.
After Setting up a certain number of stores, candidates with outstanding performance will be promoted as area managers, and will be responsible for the operation and sales performance of several areas of stores. Area managers that with outstanding performance can be promoted to regional area managers, being responsible for several regions.
