Handle full set of accounts.

Assist Finance Manager in preparing the Financial Statement and Report.

Updating and posting entries for new fixed assets including calculation of depreciation of fixed assets.

Monitoring and posting entries for right-of-use assets and lease liabilities.

Preparation of bank reconciliation and solving an open item in suspense account.

Prepare Payment Vouchers, Journal Entry & Official Receipt

Perform month end and year end closing.

Allocate the work to junior staff to ensure contract work is carried out smoothly.

Communicate with the management, contractors and sub-contractors on the adjustments to cost estimates to facilitate smooth transition of information.

Conduct the negotiations prior or during the course of the project in order to ensure issues are resolved.

Prepare cost analysis with project manager and form cost reduction strategies to ensure the overall value is enhanced for the project.

Prepare tender and contract documents in accordance to the building and construction regulations.

Provide, advice and prepare on contractual claims to meet clients' requirements
