Ensure that a professional standard of Customer Care, Merchandising and Display, Stock Control and Administration is developed and maintained so that Sales Targets are achieved.
Ensure that subordinates are effectively supervised and well-trained to carry out their responsibilities and tasks.
Ensures effective and economic use of staff in retail Operations Department to achieve its objectives.
Promotes Professionalism of Staff in Retail Operations Department.
Undertakes other tasks as required by Superiors.

Develops and maintains administrative procedures and methods of the shops and the Department in accordance with the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures.
Maintains Communications links with staff in retail Operations Department and other Departments within the Company.

• Work to be carried out as per Scaffolding Supervisor instruction and as per client requirement.
• Attend CIDB, NIOSH or TCTS Course (Offshore).
• Check the levels in scaffolding structures to ensure safety.
• Dismantle and clean up scaffolding material at the completion of a job.
• To carry out erection, modification & dismantling works instructed by Supervisor & Team Leader with International scaffolding standard and safe within time given by Supervisor and Client.
• To carry out housekeeping before and after work to ensure the work place is safe.
• Execute scaffolding work as per SOP and safety procedure.
• Used appropriate PPE during working at Site.
• Comply and follow all the HSE and Security regulation of RML or Client.
• Comply to all Company Policies (QMS, EMS, OSH, ABMS and other policies) SOPs, departmental procedures, goals, objectives & KPI.
• You shall be committed to ensure every task is done safely and in accordance with the company SHE Policy, Procedure Standards, Legal Requirements and Managerial Instructions. Safety, Health and Environmental awareness shall be given top priority in your daily work.
