Tasks include –

Perform a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of general building and grounds at various facilities/sites including electrical, plumbing, bomba and painting tasks,
To perform maintenance repairs and services. To do daily technical inspection rounds and checks on the proper functioning of installations
Conduct corrective service and repair / restoration works where and when necessary
Schedule and oversee regular inspections and contract servicing to ensure the working conditions of all equipment
Provide professional, specialist and technical instruction advice to vendors and Facilities contractors
Manage an inventory record of parts and supplies, tools and equipment;

Handling of government compliance work (DOSH, Bomba Certificate)
Gather data and prepare cyclical and ad-hoc HR reports, scorecards/dashboards, executive presentations and analyses on key HR metrics utilizing MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, or other data analytics/visualization tools
Support of HR cyclical processes including year-end compensation, talent management/succession planning, Employee Opinion Survey, affirmative action and diversity reporting, and various other projects/ad-hoc requests
Partner with internal HR teams, Payroll, Recruiting, to resolve manager and employee questions within defined timelines
Functions as a subject matter expert on compensation, including job design, job documentation, job evaluation, salary program development and appropriate federal/state/local laws on all aspects of pay
Develops, implements, and validates processes and systems to enhance the compliance and accuracy of all aspects of the job evaluation process
Maintenance of accurate reporting on HR activities and ad-hoc reporting per HRBP requests
Through analysis, proactively identifies and implements opportunities to improve the customer (employee) experience through changes in protocols internally and through vendors
Leads internal and cross-functional initiatives related to process and quality improvement
Prompt research of escalated cases to bring to fast resolution
Responsible for running cleanroom laundry facility day-to-day operations and also to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Responsible for hiring and training new laundry staff, performance evaluations, scheduling and supervising the personnel within the cleanroom laundry facility.

To supervise and monitoring all company rules and operation SOP are followed by all staff.
To supervise and monitoring for manpower allocation, collection/delivery schedule as well as logistic planning.
Overall monitoring and controlling any abnormality within production area and related departments.
Overall monitoring and maintaining the performance of daily production capacity and output.
To maintain and monitor healthy profit and loss for individual cleanroom laundry facility.
Preparation and submission of operation related reports when required by superior.
To undertake any order related job function that may be assigned from time to time.
Ensure production supervisor follow instruction given by Engineer.
Perform daily pre/post concrete inspection on products and ensure dimension of the product follow specification after first inspection by supervisor and verified.
Check in process procedure carried out correctly.
Report in process abnormalities to Senior Production Executive and Engineer.
Prepare and carry out testing of products, raw materials and research as advised by Engineer.
