Supervises daily safety activities at project site

Ensure that all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.

Ensure the Company meets its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting.

Ensure the completion and regular review of risk assessments for all work equipment and operations.

Ensure that all accidents are reported, documented, investigated and recommended improvements implemented.

To conduct safety inspections, safety patrol, and intervention to unsafe condition and unsafe act.

Co-ordinate the development of health & safety policies, systems of work and procedures.

To prepare all documentation needs by the client

To prepare safety report monthly

Provide safety reports to Project Manager / Safety & Health Officer on relevant health and safety activities.

Supervised site work according to the requirement of the construction and approved drawing.

Carry out the inspection with the sub-contractor & client and observe the quality of the work done.

Verify contractor’s claim, tax invoices and submit for submission in a timely manner.

Coordinating daily onsite activities with the Site Supervisor and Project Manager.

Ensure related materials and equipment are available at all time.

Coordinate project activities to ensure budget, expenses, progress schedule and quality standard are met.

Provide appropriate work completion timeline to clients.

Review and communicate onsite progress to clients.

Plan and implement work schedules.

Adhere to the construction industry's standards and safety regulations.

Undertake site safety inspection.

Reporting to management on project progress

Resolve site issues.

Prepare and present site reports.

Overall site planning, management and coordination to ensure completion of works within required timeline, standard and quality.

To monitor and ensure proper cost control of the project

Control and manage site materials.

Any other duties as assigned by the Superior and/or the Management.
