  • ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Drives truck to deliver feed to family farms in an efficient and economical fashion.
  • Drives truck to pick up chicks in a safe and economical manner assuring that the chicks are handled in a manner to prevent chilling or overheating.
  • Loads and unloads trucks according to division guidelines.
  • Drives the pullet moving trucks to and from the pullet barns. Catches and places pullets into coops for transporting to layer barns using great caution. Unloads breeding stock into layer barns using great caution. Assembles and disassembles track used in pullet moving.
  • Assists with pullet vaccinations.
  • Assists with spent hen load
  • Conducts pre-trip and post-trip inspections in accordance to divisional guidelines and D.O.T. requirements.
  • Loads truck in a manner that ensures the quality and integrity of the feed. Obtains representative sample of feed delivered to each grower.
  • Unloads feed into correct bin(s) at growers location ensuring integrity is maintained.
  • Communicates written and verbally with associates, maintenance (and growers as necessary) relevant information such as tank levels, conditions, etc.
  • Picks up feed as directed.

  • The Quality Assurance Engineer is a position required for any facility or business unit, which has significant manufacturing, or assembly or combination thereof. This position will report to the Manager of Quality Assurance. This position is to support the quality goals and vision by coordinating corrective actions and continuous improvements to ensure we exceed our customer expectations.
  • Principal Duties And Responsibilities:
