Construction general contractors take on the responsibility to deliver a construction project. They participate on bid processes for construction projects and hire subcontractors to deliver the different stages of the construction process from beginning to completion. They make sure subcontractors hold up their part of the agreement and work in the construction site to make sure the project is delivered in time and according to agreed standards.
Improve website and marketplace content within brand guidelines, ensuring online stores are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and furnished with accurate, up-to-date content to optimize user experience.
Process incoming e-commerce orders, including order entry, delivery order, picking, packing, and shipping.
Ensure accurate order fulfillment by checking orders against inventory, verifying order details, and monitoring order status.
Handle online customer enquiries and complaints timely and professionally.
Identify market trends, potential products, target audience, and competitor activities in the online market.
1. Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of monthly account, financial and management reports.
2. Ensure timely statutory filing and all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliant with Malaysia Financial Reporting Standards and applicable reporting standards.
3. Able to do invoicing for company creditors
4. Responsible of budgeting and forecasting and monitoring of actual performance against approved budget/forecast.
5. Consolidate periodic cash flow forecast and review funding position of the company
6. Able to do credit control to follow up outstanding debtors
7. Attend to any ad-hoc task / analysis requested by the management from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1) Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance, Accountancy and ACCA.
2) At least 2-3 years works experience as a Finance admin.
3) Proficiency in MS Office application, UBS Accounting systems and any others accounting systems.
-To assist co-ordinate the collation of demand forecasts from all outlets / franchisees and prepare production / ordering quantities for next action by Purchasing and Central Kitchen.
-To assist analyze POS product mix sales histories by outlet and cross check to outlet forecasts to ensure errors are identified early.
-To assist ensure optimum stock levels are maintained for all stock items including chicken, sauces, salads, flours and oil.
-To assist Conduct regular stock checks on company owned / rented storage and 3rd party logistics warehouse and highlight issues as they arise, including conducting investigations for variances.
-To assist co-ordinate daily truck dispatches to / from Central Kitchen.
-To assist conduct random independent checks on data accuracy at outlet, CK or franchisee level to ensure integrity of information to management.
-Make recommendations to management for process improvements.
This position is a management level role. Regional Area Manager / Area Managers act as the bridge between headquarters and outlet managers / persons-in-charge and are generally responsible for:
-outlets are running smoothly and in compliance with SOPs and manual;
-ensuring that corporate level instructions and objectives are achieved by outlets;
-HR related matters including motivating and disciplining outlet staff;
analysing and reporting on restaurant performance and taking corrective action on low performing outlets.
This Job Description will be periodically reviewed and additional duties and responsibilities may be included from time to time:
-Direct, control and co-ordinate the activities of several outlets and ensure operations are efficient, effective and compliant with set standards at all times.
-Coach managers and outlet in-charge to be more effective leaders.
-Regularly visit, report and take corrective action on incidents of non-compliance at outlets.
-Monitor the operating costs of several outlets and take corrective actions to mitigate them e.g. utilities, wastages, repairs, etc.
-Monitor and counsel difficult employees (e.g. tardiness, upkeep, attitude, etc) and if necessary, prepare strict disciplinary action in co-ordination with HR.
· Taking off quantity, controlling, ordering, recording and monitor of material
· Site valuations or measurement for claim and payment to sub-contractor
· Prepare monthly report progress claim, sub-contractor' payment certificate, VO evaluation and project final account
· Responsible for all aspect of the purchasing function including sourcing, selecting and negotiating with suppliers and sub-contractors
· Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors and client
· Coordinate with project team in administering contractual matters such as variation order, extension of time , loss and expenses, project cost control and etc
· Ensure all projects remain within budget and do costing and material estimates
Requirements
· Degree / Diploma In Quantity Surveyor or related construction
· At least 3 – 5 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
· Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply junior position

· For Senior post must possess at least 7 years’ experience
