Ensure that a professional standard of Customer Care, Merchandising and Display, Stock Control and Administration is developed and maintained so that Sales Targets are achieved.
Ensure that subordinates are effectively supervised and well-trained to carry out their responsibilities and tasks.
Ensures effective and economic use of staff in retail Operations Department to achieve its objectives.
Promotes Professionalism of Staff in Retail Operations Department.
Undertakes other tasks as required by Superiors.
Identifies and trains staff with good potential for development.
Develops and maintains administrative procedures and methods of the shops and the Department in accordance with the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures.
Maintains Communications links with staff in retail Operations Department and other Departments within the Company.
Administrative and executive secretaries perform liaison, coordination and organizational tasks in support of managers and professionals and/or prepare correspondence, reports and records of proceedings and other specialized documentation.
Tasks include –
Drafting administrative correspondence and minutes;
Obtaining, proposing and monitoring deadlines and follow-up dates;
Screening requests for meetings, scheduling and organizing meetings and travel arrangements;
Assisting in the preparation of budgets, monitoring of expenditures, drafting of contracts and purchasing or acquisition orders;
Liaising with other staff about a range of matters relating to the organization’s operations;
Writing and answering business or technical letters and other similar correspondence;
Preparing verbatim reports of proceedings in legislative assemblies, courts of law or other places, using shorthand or specialized office equipment.
Perform any task required effectively and efficiently.
Present company to potential clients.
Monitor and manage all current and future projects.
Monitor on Tender update/progress and assist with preparing tender documentation for new project bids, contract documentation with successful tender bids.
Monitor the outstanding project progress and status
Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities.
Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
Will provide training to other staff/client on the project if required.
Must familiar & able to perform the project management life cycle
Agile project management knowledge is preferred
Perform other job required by management if necessary.
