Guides assist individuals or groups on any art facility, travel or sightseeing tours or through places of touristic interest, such as museums, monuments and public places. They help people to interpret the cultural heritage of an object, place or area and provide information and guidance.
Job Requirement
1. Possess Region Specific Tour Guide (RSTG) - Sabah (English) License, issued by Ministry of Tourism and Culture.
2. Good verbal and written proficiency in English and Malay. Another international language is an advantage.
3. No experience required as comprehensive training will be provided.
4. Good health and fit to perform physical activities daily.
1. To carry out, verify and document all standing supervision and inspection of C&S works to ensure the quality of construction works complying with drawings, specifications, method statement and other requirements as stated in the contract documents;
2. To vet through all drawings and specifications and report any discrepancies found and highlight any potential clashes or deviation at site;
3. To assist in coordination of C&S works with other trades including attending site meeting and coordination meeting with other trades:
4. To supervise the progress of C&S works;
5. To monitor the quality control and assurance at site for all C&S works;
6. To report on unsafe practice by the contractor and ensure all the C&S works carried out by the contractor complies to company's SOP including health and safety matters:
7. To produce and keep detailed site records by means of daily site report / log book;
8. To report non-compliance or defective works and subsequently monitor progress of rectification works to ensure all non-compliance or defects are satisfactorily rectified;
9. Witness on testing & commissioning, site valuation, and etc.;
Incharge of overall Boiler Section (Boiler, Thermopack, Fuel Yard, Fireman, Industrial Vehicle) operation, maintenance and upkeep of the section. To implement all Company SOP, FMA & OSHA Act at workplace. To ensure safety and boiler components/fittings in good condition at all times. To monitor day to day instruction from managements.
Ensure the daily production programs are met according to the planned schedules and the products manufactured/processed meet the quality specifications established by the company and/or those of the customers with good control on the cost of production by minimizing losses in terms of materials, energy and resources.
Fully responsible for the daily manufacturing & other value adding operations in producing semi-finished products and finished products by optimizing the materials, labor and other resources in the most efficient and effective manner.
Obtained valid SHO license. Health and safety officers execute plans for the improvement of work environments and cultures. They assess risks and interview employees to ensure the work environment is compliant with health and safety rules, as well as ensuring the interaction within the workplace occurs in a positive and productive manner.
