Human resources officers develop and implement strategies that help their employers select and retain appropriately qualified staff within that business sector. They recruit staff, prepare job advertisements, interview and short-list people, negotiate with employment agencies, and set up working conditions. 1. Perform inspection on incoming, in process and outgoing products.
2. Record the inspection data and identify the disposition of the products. Report to QA Officer,
QA Executive or QA Manager whenever facing any abnormalities.
3. Authorize to accept or reject the lots during inspection when the defective parts exceed the acceptance level and report to QA Officer, QA Executive or QA Manager when any abnormalities arise.
4. Perform extra tasks whenever assign by superior.
