- Negotiation with suppliers to obtain and purchase the best price with the best conditions in order to meet customer’s requirement.

- Develop sales and marketing tools for the various products we are offering to our customers.

- Preparing quotation to the respective clients.

- Responsible for targeted sales.

- Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.

- Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.

Assist to deal/communicate with Online customer via email, WhatsApp etc

Assist to deal with Walk-in customer

Assist to meet the daily, weekly, monthly , annually sales target

To prepare quotation and/or invoice for customer's purchase

Assist to be responsible on each quotation dan invoice prepared

Assist to propose up-selling

Assist to update/discuss with the Sales Consultant for any hiccup or blockage

To follow-up pending payment from customer

To enhance knowledge on product/items for better selling negotiation

Assist to notify Operation Leader - PIC on items status (in DO) as and when required

• Ensures all Workplace Safety, Policies and Regulations are being adhered to

• Frequently operates large vehicles over all outdoor terrain and conditions

• Participates in the investigation of incidents

• Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections, accurately fills out all required forms

• Attends pre-job safety meeting on location

• Establishes and maintains effective communication with colleagues

• Inspects and properly configures all equipment

• Performs rig-up (assembly) of all equipment for travel

• Performs rig-out (disassembly) of all equipment for travel

• Performs maintenance operations to units and auxiliary equipment

• Confers with supervisor and crew regarding any operational deficiencies

- To attend site visit at client premises

- Able to prepare Cost and Contract tender document involving Technical and commercial

scope

- Respond to customer and supplier inquiries when necessary

- To conduct negotiation with suppliers

- Monitor the progress of projects. Implement and develop detail work programme

- Prepare weekly and monthly report including updates

- Ensure good project management on projects awarded

- Responsible for securing the best price for all purchases without jeopardizing quality,

confirming all orders and their subsequent delivery

REQUIREMENT

- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Electrical/Instrument in Engineering

- Have at least 3 to 4 years relevant working

- Capable in applying for AUTOCAD software, and any Microsoft Project application

- Advantage for those with experience in Oil & Gas environment

- Good written and verbal communication skills and proficient in the English

- A good team player and be able to establish effective and good working relationship with all

levels of personnel

- Able to work under pressure.

- Self-motivated & independent.

- High degree of negotiation skills and sales ability.

- Posses’ positive attitude, excellent presentation & communication.

To conduct Technical Meeting regularly in the absent of the Principal / Project Architect

To prepare reports, minutes, schedules, recors, check quantity and quality of work. Regular reporting of finding to all parties. RA to produce summary of Quantity each month (RFI, material, approved memo, site diary etc).

To monitor site progress and Quality control of contractors performance with respect to specified materials, workmanship, and construction details.

To prepare architectural drawings and details as instructed by the Principal / Project Architect.

Administration of daily matters arising between construction managers, consultants and contractor on Architecture elements of work.

To ensure that the Architectural works are executed in accordance with the Architectural construction drawings.

To notify the consultants if there is any discrepancy on the drawings and obtain official confirmation from the consultants.

To resolve daily technical site issues with construction manager and contractor.

Any other duties as instructed by Management.

Requirement:

Candidate must posses at least Bachelor Degree or Master in Architecture

At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.

Full knowledge of product/ materials and equipment to be used in construction,

Familiar with JKR Standard and SPB.

Have experience in handling projects with JKR, including bus station and market is an advantage

Good knowledge in construction and specifications.

Required skill(s): Ms Office, AutoCad, Power Point, Microsoft Project. Knowledge of Revit is an advantage

Good knowledge of project management and able to conduct site meeting.

Good command in both written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Dedicated and able to work independently, and a team player.
