Maintain, audit, and extract data from the system, providing status reports and other tasks with increased complexity under general supervision (e.g., master data management in JDE, HCP Master, Coupa, DMUI, Supplier Onboarding Request, SFDC)
Data maintenance includes creation, modification, inactive, reactive and mass data upload
Resolve routine data issues by collaborating with other departments and/or stakeholders (e.g. Compliance, IT, Finance, RM, Data Analytic )
Capable of working independently under supervision of FA & Support Department, provide help to office operation activities and dealing with external providers such as: building management, contractors, vendors, cleaning/security service, warehouse, lorry etc. to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Scout for KOLs and Sign contract with KOLs to have longer term co-op to promote Ola Chat products;
Build up KOL base for pipeline of KOLs to help with marketing needs;
Brief KOL the content marketing feature and co-create with KOL to ensure best content and business results;
Incubate and develop “Stars” from our KOL base to market to wider advertisers;
Closely manage KOL and guide KOL;
Responsible for KPI settings, key actions planning and results measurement/ optimization for business objective of new user growth behind KOL content marketing;
Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers, espeically in short video format ( tiktok etc);
Monitor campaigns and ensures contract compliance while always looking out for improvement points.
Provide a full range of confidential personal assistant duties and overall administration support.
Providing secretarial and administrative support to the Chairman.
Provide support in relation to luncheon, social events, calendar management, meeting coordination, travel/accommodation arrangements, scheduling for internal / external staff training and mail processing.
To manage all original correspondences directed to the CEO’s Office.
Perform administrative tasks including drafting presentation slides, letters, memos, reports, and other related documents.
Attending meetings, minutes-taking, receiving, screening and redirecting phone calls.
Conduct research and preparing reports or presentations as assigned.
Maintain paper as well as electronic records ensuring proper organization of information along with easy accessibility.
Handling confidential documents while also ensuring their security.
Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
