Work closely with management and be overall responsible for the Group's human resource functions covering recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, employee discipline, employee development.
Handle the overall human resource function and office general administration.
Developing and producing key human resource information and reports. Handling staffing issues either by counseling or implementing disciplinary action, termination and other employee related matters in compliance with Labour law.
Assist in handling performance improvement plans and industrial relation cases.
Perform any other task and responsibilities as assigned by immediate superior or management from time to time.
To handle and execute all Human Resource functions including Payroll Administration, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Training and other HR administrative tasks.
Responsible in processing timely and accurate monthly payroll including submission of all statutory reports such as EPF, Socso, EIS, HRDF and Income Tax.
Perform full cycle of recruitment including job advertising, screening, interview arrangement.
Responsible to liaise, coordinate and correspond with agencies and governmental bodies such as labour department, immigration and FOMEMA.
Checking and verify employees' monthly overtime and expenses claims.
Handle the issuance of HR correspondence letter, warning letter, termination letter and memorandum.
Manage employee disciplinary matters and taken necessary disciplinary action.
To review, update Employee Handbook and ensure employees understand and comply with the HR policies and procedures
Handling HRDF application and claim and employees' Socso claims or PA Group’s Insurance.
Perform any other related duties assigned from time to time by the Management.
To be the company’s main liaison between immigration, JTK and other related government agencies on foreign workers work permit renewal, FOMEMA, insurance etc.
Involved in the management of foreign workers such as disciplinary issues, accommodation arrangement, compliance and audit, medical check-up, treatments, etc.
Transport foreign workers to hospital or clinic for treatment and follow up medical appointment if required.
Organize and maintain employee hostel records and other related foreign workers’ records.
Perform general clerical tasks, including correspondence, filling, scheduling and data entry
Liaise with external partners, such as hostel management and vendors
Respond to employees queries about HR-related issues
Prepare reports and documents for monthly review
Coordination of staff to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the premises
Ensure 5’s and cleanliness of the premises according to standard requirement
Plan and prepare work schedule for cleaner/general worker
Handle all HR related matters and undertake task as and when assigned by management.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager when required and/or deemed necessary
