Able to read mechanical machining drawings; proficient in using measuring tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with conventional and/or digital-display boring machines; capable of independent machine setup, tool alignment, and machining; familiar with boring processes. Willing to work overtime, rotating shifts, and rush order production schedules.
Able to grind boring tools and drill bits; able to adjust cutting speed and feed rate based on material type. Experience in large-scale box component machining is an advantage.
