Help and consult clients to plan their retirement plan, protection plan & investment plan

Evaluate & assess customer’s needs and financial status and propose best plans that meet their criteria.

Lead a team of people and promoted to be Agency Manager in 3 years.

Build good relationship with clients

This Trainee or Junior position no experience is required, however, the role would be providing assistance to a Vision Impaired person who has a Seeing Eye Dog located in Narre Warren and is Part Time.

The person must be able to:

- Pay attention to detail

- Be thorough (not rush tasks)

- Display initiative

The position will pay an hourly rate which is above award for a trainee without experience and candidates displaying initiative and the ability to be thorough in all tasks (without having to rush) will receive an additional incentive by negotiation.

The duties will include some general cleaning, sweeping and gardening, assistance at meetings, appointments and conferences by taking notes and reading information, assistance with shopping, some basic computer letter writing, emails as well as other administrative support. Please note, there is no personal care duties involved in this position.

a vehicle is not essential but would be an advantage. Additional money would be payed if the vehicle was used in relation to duties.
