Have 1–3 years of experience in events, activations or an agency environment • Hold a Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications or a related field • Communicate confidently with clients and teammates • Are organized and can handle several projects at once • Take ownership instead of waiting to be reminded • Have a strong eye for materials, finishes and physical details • Stay calm when things change — because events always change • Are willing to get your hands dirty and solve problems on-site • Are comfortable with flexible hours and late-night setups
