• Approximately 1–3 years of relevant experience will be advantageous• Able to read engineering drawings, wiring diagrams or BOMs• Comfortable using hand tools, torque equipment and measuring devices• Basic working English and good attention to detail• Must be fully flexible to work rotating shifts under a one-shift, two-shift or three-shift system, depending on the assigned product line.
Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing, or equivalent).
Experience:Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.Direct exposure to High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) operations or precision machining is highly preferred.
Audit Exposure:Direct experience working within anIATF 16949certified environment. Experience facing or supportingCustomer Audits from major manufacturing/automotive clients is a significant advantage.
