- SPM or Higher Education Qualification.- Good verbal and written communication skills- Familiar Local Supermarket in Pahang State ( Nirwana / Pantai Selamat / Tunas Manja Group)- Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in FMCG industry.- Basic Computer Skills in Excel & PowerPoint.- Solid understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build customer rapport.- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset.- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.- Achievement Orientation: Highly focused on their goals and performance metrics, often taking a customer-focused approach to achieve them.- Conscientiousness: A strong sense of duty, responsibility, and reliability.
