- • Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field• 1–3 years of hands-on IT support experience (excl. internship)• Strong troubleshooting skills across systems/platforms• Knowledge of network & infrastructure support• Solid communication & documentation skills• Able to work independently & prioritize tasks effectivelyPreferred Technical Skilla. Monitor the Support Queue in ServiceNow to ensure tickets are dealt with promptly.k. Direct complex tickets to appropriate support group and maintain ownership until issue resolve.l. Maintain 5S in Workplace.
