Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or service operations, with exposure to team supervision, shift coordination, or frontline leadership responsibilities.
Prior experience in airport operations, hospitality, healthcare, customer service centres, or other service-oriented environments will be a strong advantage.
