Position Details

Position: Admin Cum Account Assistant
Company: Two Twinss Machinery Sdn. Bhd.
Location: Bandar Puteri, Klang

Salary : RM1,800 – RM2,500 (Based on qualification and experience)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative and clerical duties.
• Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery orders.
• Perform data entry and maintain proper filing systems.
• Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Prepare payment vouchers, bank reconciliation, and accounting records.
• Assist with monthly account closing and other finance-related tasks.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
