1. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, tutorials and assessments.
• Provide timely feedback and academic guidance & participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement activities.
• Support learners in achieving academic success & maintain accurate learner records and attendance.
• Ensures academic integrity and to do course filing.
• Work with the marketing team to achieve student enrolment targets.

2. Essential Requirements

• Must possess at least a Master’s Degree in relevant subject area eg. IT / Computing subject area.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching and/or industry experience in IT, Computing, Information Technology.
• Have experience in developing instructional materials, including the effective use of IT and digital technologies to enhance teaching and student learning experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills and experience in teaching online courses.
• Familiarity with ATHE qualifications and assessment practices is an advantage.
