Essential Duties:

• Responsible for the overall overseeing of Container depot operations activities, ensuring that all operational functions are in order and performed in accordance with company standard procedures and quality.
• Responsible for the verification of payments and claims related to operational activities.
• To work closely with customers to ensure consistent positive service levels and business sustainability.
• To forecast and propose initiatives to further the company’s service level and profitability.
• To oversee and guide the collating of relevant data for making business decisions.
• To assist the Senior Manager in ensuring the profitability of the business unit.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in any field Successful working experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in depot management
• Proficient in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to work independently & to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given & standard accepted practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
