Arizzu Design is a growing kitchen cabinet and renovation brand focused on creating modern, functional and stylish living spaces.

We are looking for a creative and commercially-minded Content Creator / Videographer & Video Editor to join our team and take Arizzu’s video content to the next level.

This is not just a video editing position. We want someone who can think of content ideas, shoot professionally, edit engaging videos and understand what makes people stop scrolling and enquire.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation

* Develop creative video concepts for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.

* Create content around kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, renovation, materials, design trends and Arizzu projects.

* Develop strong hooks and storytelling for short-form videos.

* Plan and manage a weekly/monthly content calendar.

Videography

* Shoot high-quality videos at Arizzu showroom, project sites and customer homes.

* Produce:

* Before & after videos

* Kitchen transformation videos

* Project walkthroughs

* Product showcase videos

* Customer testimonials

* Designer/interior tips

* Behind-the-scenes content

* Educational content

* Promotional/advertising videos

* Handle camera, lighting and audio equipment.

Video Editing

* Edit professional TikTok, Reels, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.

* Add captions, motion graphics, music, sound effects and transitions.

* Produce different versions of content for organic social media and paid advertisements.

* Maintain Arizzu’s visual identity and professional brand image.

Marketing

* Understand TikTok and Meta content trends.

* Create videos designed to generate leads, WhatsApp enquiries and showroom visits, not just views.

* Work closely with the marketing and sales team to develop campaigns.

* Analyse video performance and improve future content based on results.

AI & Digital Tools

* Use AI tools to assist with:

* Video ideas

* Scripts

* Voiceovers

* Captions

* Content research

* Video production

* Creative development

REQUIREMENTS

* 1–3 years of experience in videography, content creation or video editing.

* Strong portfolio is highly preferred.

* Proficient in CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve or similar.

* Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook.

* Good knowledge of camera composition, lighting and audio.

* Creative, proactive and able to work independently.

* Strong sense of visual aesthetics.

* Able to travel to project sites when required.

* Experience in interior design, renovation, property, furniture or lifestyle content is an advantage.

KPI / PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

The successful candidate will be measured based on:

* Number of quality videos produced

* Video consistency

* Engagement and watch time

* Leads generated from content

* WhatsApp enquiries

* Showroom enquiries/visits generated from campaigns

* Creative quality and brand consistency

* Ability to develop new content formats

PRACTICAL INTERVIEW TEST

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to create a 30–45 second Arizzu video using footage provided by us or recorded at our showroom.

We will evaluate:

1. First 3-second hook

2. Camera composition

3. Storytelling

4. Editing quality

5. Pacing

6. Captions

7. Music/sound

8. Call-to-action

9. Overall creativity

10. Potential to generate customer enquiries

SALARY

RM3,000 – RM4,500/month

Salary will depend on experience, portfolio and skill level.

Performance incentives may be provided based on agreed KPIs.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
