Customer Service - Junior Executive acts as the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. This role is ideal for early-career professionals eager to build a solid foundation in customer experience management, client communication, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support & Inquiries: Handle inbound customer queries across multiple channels (e.g., Live Chat, email, phone calls, and TikTok social media) in a prompt, professional, and empathetic manner.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, product/service issues, or delivery tracking concerns, coordinating closely with internal departments (logistics, fulfillment, or operations) to find quick solutions.
• Order & Account Assistance: Assist customers with account creation, order processing, refunds, exchanges, and payment verifications.
• Feedback Management: Document customer feedback, common pain points, and recurring technical glitches, reporting them regularly to management to improve overall service quality.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Support day-to-day front-line administrative operations and assist other teams during peak launching campaign periods.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field. Fresh graduates with a passion for customer service are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a call center environment (experience handling Fashion Industry e-commerce or live-chat platforms is an added advantage).
• Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Friendly, eager to learn, strong active listening, patience, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
