The reputable life science company is looking for a FP&A Manager to join its team in Selangor.

You will be working for a reputable market-leader within the life science industry who is looking for a FP&A Manager to be based in Selangor. With an aggressive growth plan and the vision to become a better leader in its field, it continues to gain market share over its competitors.


Your new role

• Own the Southeast Asia regional budgeting, forecasting (rolling forecast / latest estimate) and long range planning process, consolidating inputs from each in country local accountant.
  
• Partner with regional and in country sales leadership to evaluate pricing, margin, customer/channel profitability, and distributor terms across both distribution and direct sales B2B channels.
  
• Provide monthly management reporting and variance analysis (actuals vs. budget vs. forecast) with clear commercial commentary for regional and Group leadership.
  
• Build and maintain commercial decision support models: deal evaluation, new customer/distributor onboarding, discount and rebate structures, and investment cases for new market entry.
  
• Track and report key commercial KPIs (revenue by channel, gross margin, DSO, working capital) and flag emerging risks or opportunities early.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor of Finance/ Accountancy or related field/ Professional Qualifications such as ACCA, MIA, CPA, CIMA and etc
  
• 8-10 years of progressive finance experience, with meaningful time in FP&A or commercial finance business partnering roles.
  
• Finance Business Partnering Experience
  
• Mandarin speaking proficiency is an advantage (to liaise with CFO based in China)
