Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment

Responsibilities:

• Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
• Support the IT team in installing and configuring computer systems
• Perform routine system maintenance and updates
• Help manage inventory of IT equipment and accessories
• Document IT procedures and assist in creating user manuals
• Support data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity efforts
• Provide technical assistance to internal staff

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM799.00 - RM800.00 per month
