Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing experiences across web and mobile applications. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding user needs, conducting research and usability testing, and transforming insights into effective design solutions that improve customer satisfaction and product usability.

You will create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle. The ideal candidate combines strong design expertise with a passion for solving user challenges and delivering seamless digital experiences that align with both user expectations and business objectives. Success in this role will be measured by the quality of user experiences delivered, user satisfaction, product adoption, and the ability to create innovative designs that drive business value and customer engagement.

Job Duties

• Deliver UX and heuristic/usability analysis using appropriate methodologies and techniques.
• Conduct end-to-end user testing. Plan, recruit and report using qual and quant (where possible) to provide high value insights into the customers’ needs and pain points.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to complete the user interface design development processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in web and mobile application.
• Proven record of the Product UX designs.
• Experience establishing and analysing UX metrics.
• Experience with end-to-end research projects; from defining goals and objectives, developing scripts or interview guides, conducting fieldwork, analysing results, and sharing insights with the Product team.
• Good in any of the designing tools (Sketch, Invision, Principle, Framer, Flinto, Figma, Azure, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Web, Androi, IOS)
• Familiar with agile development methodology and be able to collaborate with different stakeholders in the project to ensure the best user experience of the application.
• Strong communications and presentations skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Candidates with more than 3 years experience will be considered for senior position.
