Skills & Requirements

• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn.

Job Scope

• Manage sales and marketing activities.
• Recruit and develop new team members.
• Conduct career talks and recruitment activities at universities, colleges, and associations.
• Provide training, guidance, and coaching to new candidates prior to promotion.
• Attend daily online training via Zoom at 8:00 AM.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and provide full commitment to company meetings, training, and activities.

Education

• Minimum 5 subject passes in SPM.
• Diploma or Degree in Actuarial Science, Insurance & Takaful, Finance, Banking, Marketing, or Sales will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
