Location: Pioneer, Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Support the IT & Digital Strategy team in identifying repetitive business and IT processes suitable for automation and AI-driven improvement.
• Assist in the design, development and deployment of automation solutions for:
• User account provisioning and de-provisioning.
• Scheduled backups, monitoring and log management.
• Approval workflows, document processing and business process automation.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of AI-powered and agentic workflow solutions using enterprise platforms and low-code technologies.
• Document automation workflows, solution designs and operational procedures, ensuring proper version control and governance.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to troubleshoot, optimize and continuously improve automation and AI-enabled processes.

Requirements:

• A Diploma/Degree in any relevant field of studies
• Able to commit to a 6-month full time internship
