This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource Executive based in Petaling Jaya. In this role, the Human Resource Executive will manage and oversee HR operations, ensure compliance with HR policies, and maintain effective employee relations. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, addressing workplace concerns, and ensuring smooth implementation of policies. The role requires close collaboration with management to support the company's goals and foster a positive work environment.

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Experience in Employee Relations and the implementation of HR Policies
• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling employee concerns
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the Hospitality or F&B industry is a plus
• Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and compliance is advantageous
