Job Description

• Assist in maintaining full set of accounts, including AP, AR and General Ledger.
• Prepare and issue invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and credit/debit notes.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and other reconciliation.
• Assist with month-end closing and preparation of management accounts.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting records and supporting documents.
• Assist in preparing schedules and documents for audit and tax purposes.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, auditors, tax agents and other parties when required.
• Perform other finance and administrative duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 1-3 years of accounting experience is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of double-entry accounting and full set accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software such as SQL Accounting, AutoCount or similar is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of e-Invoice, SST and Malaysian accounting/tax requirements is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to meet deadlines.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
