Full Time DRIVER CUM RETAIL ASSISTANT Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,200 in PASAR MINI SEGAR RIA JAYA Sungai Petani - Ricebowl

Responsible for safe and timely delivery of customer orders, while also assisting with daily retail operations. This includes loading and unloading goods, handling deliveries, assisting customers, replenishing stock, and maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the store. The Driver Cum Retail Assistant is expected to provide good customer service, handle goods responsibly, and follow all company policies and SOPs.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly for customer deliveries, stock collection, and other business-related purposes.
• Ensure customer orders are picked, checked, packed, and delivered accurately and on time.
• Load and unload goods safely, ensuring products are handled properly.
• Verify delivery orders, quantities, and documents before leaving the store.
• Communicate with customers professionally during delivery and obtain proof of delivery when required.
• Assist customers with basic product enquiries and provide polite and helpful service.
• Replenish shelves, arrange merchandise, and ensure products are properly displayed.
• Assist with stock receiving, stock replenishment, and stock counting.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store, vehicle, and work area.
• Check and maintain the cleanliness and basic condition of the company vehicle; report any issues to the Superior.
• Follow all company policies, SOPs, road safety regulations, and delivery procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Superior or Management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum SPM/STPM qualification or equivalent.
• Valid GDL (Goods Driving Licence) is required.
• Previous experience in driving, delivery, retail, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of English is an added advantage.
• Honest, responsible, disciplined, and punctual.
• Good driving record with a strong sense of road safety.
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry goods when required.
• Customer service-oriented with good communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays when required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
