Responsibilities

Audience & Sales Execution

• Present products clearly on live streams and answer viewer questions to encourage immediate purchases.
• Use promos, bundles, and live-only deals to raise conversion and average order value.
• Monitor live chat and convert engagement into sales while maintaining a friendly tone.
• Track basic performance metrics like viewers, conversion rate, and sales per stream.

Content & Performance

• Plan short rundowns and product highlights before each session to keep pacing tight.
• Work with visual assets and product samples to create clear demonstrations on camera.
• Test script variations and segment flows to learn what drives conversions for luxury items.
• Collect viewer feedback and surface patterns to improve future shows.

Collaboration & Operations

• Coordinate with marketing for promotion schedules and with ops for stock accuracy during streams.
• Follow company processes for order handling and customer inquiries post-stream.
• Attend briefings and review sessions to refine show strategy and product messaging.
• Help maintain tidy on-camera setup and product presentation standards.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• 0 years experience welcomed; we encourage fresh graduates and candidates new to live commerce.
• Education up to SPM, Diploma, or equivalent is acceptable; confidence and presentation matter most.
• Pleasant on-camera presence with clear spoken English; additional Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a plus.
• Availability for scheduled evening or weekend streams as needed.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Familiarity with live streaming platforms such as Shopee Live, Lazada Live, Facebook Live, or similar.
• Basic understanding of sales metrics including viewers, conversion rate, and average order value.
• Comfort using a smartphone, simple streaming tools, and spreadsheets to track results.
• Product knowledge in retail or fashion, and the desire to learn luxury product features quickly.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Communicate confidently and clearly on camera while staying natural and approachable.
• Be energetic, patient, and responsive to live viewers under pressure.
• Show curiosity and a willingness to iterate based on feedback and performance data.
• Work well with a small team and follow operational guidelines to ensure smooth order flow.
