We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Technician Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for machine maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and ensuring equipment is in good working condition.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of machines and equipment.

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and carry out necessary repairs.

• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimise machine breakdowns and downtime.

• Attend to machine breakdowns and customer service/repair requests when required.

• Ensure all repair and maintenance work is properly completed and recorded.

• Assist with installation, testing and commissioning of machines where required.

• Maintain proper records of repairs, maintenance and replacement of parts.

• Ensure all work is carried out safely and according to company requirements.

• Perform other technical and maintenance duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or a related technical field.

• Previous experience as a Technician, Service Technician, Maintenance Technician or similar role is preferred.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and handle machine breakdowns effectively.

• Willing to travel to customer locations when required.

• Possess a valid driving licence.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to urgent repair requirements.

Preferred Experience / Added Advantage

Candidates with the following experience will be given preference:

• Experience working in the food industry or food equipment servicing.

• Hands-on experience in repairing and servicing waffle machines.

• Hands-on experience in repairing and servicing ice cream machines.

• Experience in air-conditioning servicing and repair.

• Experience handling electrical, mechanical, refrigeration or related equipment.

• Experience providing on-site technical support to customers.
