• WORKING LOCATION - Kota Damansara

Job Description:

• Plan, prepare, and produce a wide variety of baked goods, pastries, and cakes, specialty desserts, and custom cakes.
• Develop and test new recipes to enhance the bakery’s product line, focusing on both seasonal and signature flavors
• Ensure consistent quality, freshness, and presentation of all bakery and pastry products.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety compliance in the kitchen.
• Oversee inventory, manage ingredient orders, and monitor kitchen supplies to ensure efficient production.
• Train, mentor, and supervise junior staff, guiding them on techniques in baking, pastry, and cake decoration.
• Collaborate with the management team to design menu offerings and promotional items.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 month of professional experience in baking, pastry, or cake design roles.
• Proficient in various baking techniques, pastry making, and cake decoration methods, including fondant, buttercream, piping, and sugar work.
• Strong creativity and artistic flair, with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and familiarity with kitchen safety procedures.
• Culinary certification in baking or pastry arts is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
