Job Title : Telesales Executive

Location : Petaling Jaya, Selangor, near to LRT Station

Job Type : 6 MONTHS CONTRACT PERIOD

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The position requires selling the company’s corporate training programs for working adults of various levels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Telesales Conduct inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing customers to promote and sell the company’s corporate training programs for working adults.

2. Product Knowledge: Build strong knowledge of the company’s training programs and services to effectively communicate with customers, and engage clients at different organizational levels by explaining the products and services in depth.

3. Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics set by management.

4. Follow-Up: Manage and follow up on leads generated from various sources.

5. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using the CRM system.

6. Coordination: Work closely with field sales and business development managers on meetings, proposals, and deal closures.

7. Customer Relations: Confidently interact with customers at various levels including C-level executives (CFOs, CIOs, Directors) via phone and online meetings.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Ability to understand customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions

2. Minimum 1–2 years of telesales or sales experience

3. Aptitude to quickly absorb and apply new knowledge.

4. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia language are required.

5. Highly driven to succeed to achieve targets

6. Qualification diploma/ degree in any discipline

7. Strong persuasion, communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

8. Able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals. Remain self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as within a team.

Salary:

1. RM2,500 – RM4,000 per month (inclusive of commission)
