Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities, maintain strong customer relationships, and grow sales within the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, QA, Purchasing, and Logistics to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor sales activities, customer orders, and delivery schedules.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Conduct customer visits and product presentations when required.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for Management.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in plastic injection molding / OEM manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with good business development skills.
• Able to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Willing to travel for customer visits when required.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Possess a valid driving licence.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
